Piotr Andrasz

IT Architect with years of experience in enterprise projects. I've worked with banks, insurers, and large organizations on system architecture, cloud transformations, and AI implementations.

I founded Archigiliti because I believe good technology decisions require combining technical knowledge with business understanding. Too often I've seen projects end in chaos — not because of bad technology, but bad architectural decisions.

Understanding first, solution second

I don't sell technology. I start by understanding the problem, context, and constraints. Only then do I propose a solution.

Simplicity over complexity

The best architecture is one the team understands and can maintain. I avoid overengineering and trendy buzzwords.

Knowledge transfer

I don't build dependencies. I work with client teams so they can continue independently after the project ends.

Long-term thinking

Quick hacks create technical debt. I design solutions that will work in 3-5 years, not just for the demo.
